Angel is a Registered Nurse & Diabetes Educator, who is Broad Certified as a Lifestyle Medicine Professional (IBLM/ASLM). She graduated with First Class Honours in her Bachelor of Nursing from the University of Hong Kong (HKU) and further consolidated her studies with a Master of Public Health from the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) and Graduate Certificate in Diabetes Education and Health Care from Mayfield Education in Melbourne.

Angel has worked for more than 10 years as a registered nurse and a lifestyle health educator in both hospital and aged care settings in Hong Kong and Australia. Her passion is living and teaching people evidenced-based lifestyle medicine to achieve holistic health and better quality of life.
