Bulk Billing Policy Update for Dr. Saravanan and Dr. Shereen
As of January 1st, 2025, Dr. Saravanan and Dr. Shereen will kindly offer bulk billing for patients under 16 and over 65, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, for those holding a Health Care Card or Pension Card. Outside these hours, a gap fee will apply.

Dear Valued Community,
In order to continue providing quality health care services with rising costs, from 3rd January 2023, we are changing our fees and becoming a mixed billing centre. We are charging a gap fee of around $30-40.
All payments are processed electronically, and if you provide a PHYSICAL DEBIT BANK CARD (with a linked bank account) we can process your MEDICARE REBATE instantly. Otherwise, you can either claim it online with the receipt provided or ask our receptionists to send it through the Medicare System (please allow 1 to 2 business days for the rebate to be processed by Medicare). For patients without Medicare or valid private insurance, consultation fees start from $70.
*Gap fees may not apply for a doctor or practice-initiated consult, which may include recalls, reviews, and under compassionate grounds solely at the discretion of the treating doctor.
*GAP FEES APPLY TO ALL PATIENTS FOR ALL PROCEDURES. A consultation by the doctor who is performing the procedure is required prior.
ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY
We are a non-discriminatory, inclusive and caring clinic. We welcome everyone. We are dedicated to caring and helping everyone with respect and courtesy.
However, our practice has a ZERO TOLERANCE policy towards any intimidating, aggressive or violent behaviour in the clinic.

Cancellation Policy/Non-Attendance Policy
We have a Cancellation/Non-attendance policy for all appointments. A $30 Cancellation Fee applies if you do not cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled GP appointment. In order to be able to consult with a practitioner in future, this fee would need to be paid prior to the appointment. (Special Circumstances will be considered).
A 48 hours notice is required for allied health (psychologist, physiotherapist, dietitian, exercise physiologist, podiatrist) and specialist appointments.

Register at Your Local Myhealth Medical Centre in Cranbourne West
Before attending your first appointment at Myhealth Cranbourne, you will need to register. You can register to be a new patient by filling out the Online Patient Registration Form. After that, you can book an appointment and access our range of medical services.
Please take note of our cancellation and non-attendance policy.
