Updated Billing Policy – In Line with the Medicare Universal Bulk Billing Initiative
From 1st April, 2026 our billing policy has been updated to align with the new Medicare bulk billing initiative, providing Medicare-eligible patients the opportunity to access high-quality care with no out-of-pocket costs.
Please be sure to advise reception at the time of booking if you have a Health Care/Concession/Pension or DVA card, so we can add these to your files and avoid any unnecessary charges.
Whilst fees for Medicare-eligible patients can be bulk billed for many services, consultation fees are also outlined here to ensure transparency for all patients who choose the high-quality care at our clinic. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to speak with one of our friendly staff members.

Our Medicare bulk billing practice bulk bills eligible GP services, including:
- GP consultations
- Chronic condition management plans and reviews
- Mental health treatment plans
- Health Assessments

Fees may apply for non-eligible services, including:
- Procedures like skin excisions
- Diagnostic services like ECG and pathology
- Non-MBS services
- Patients without a Medicare card
Non-Attendance / Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 2 hours prior to the appointment will incur no charge (as stated in the SMS reminder). For non-attendances, a warning will be issued for the first occurrence. For the second and any subsequent missed appointments, a $30 non-attendance fee will apply, which must be paid before booking any further appointments.

Are you a bulk billing clinic?
Yes. From April 1, 2026 our billing policy has been updated to align with the new Medicare bulk billing initiative, providing Medicare-eligible patients the opportunity to access high-quality care with no out-of-pocket costs.
Does your clinic offer other services?
Yes, we have Australian Clinical Labs on site Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon. We also offer acupuncture with Dr Anna Tai, skin checks with Dr Ben Cronin, and aesthetic treatments (such as LED treatment, Dermapen, injectables, and fillers) with Dr Raman Sibia. Additionally, we have a physiotherapist on site every Thursday morning.
Do I need an appointment for a referral, scripts, or a medical certificate?
Yes, you will need to speak to the doctor. Please contact the clinic to book an appointment.
