Myhealth has two medical centre locations within Eastland Shopping Centre located on Level 1 (Myhealth Ringwood) and Level 3 (Myhealth Eastland).
Both medical centres are mixed billing providing the highest standard of medical care to all our patients. Appointments and walk-ins welcome.
For your added convenience we also accept online bookings. When booking please take note of which centre (and level) where your appointment has been made.

Telehealth consults and Covid-19
With the constant changes we are facing due to Covid-19, we want to reassure our Patients and our local community that we are here to help. We are constantly reviewing and updating our Policies to ensure we continue to provide the highest quality of care for our patients and the wider community.
To assist us in providing the highest quality of care possible, we ask that if you are experiencing:- a fever, sore throat, runny nose, cough or body aches (regardless of your recent COVID results) please stay home and call the clinic prior to attending for a consultation. If a Telehealth Appointment is made a Doctor will provide Medical advice on the phone and if they decide a physical exam is necessary they will arrange a suitable time and place for you to attend the clinic for a face to face consultation.
In line with the Medicare changes you need to have attended the clinic for a face to face appointment in the last 12 months to be eligible for a Telehealth Appointment. If you haven’t been into the clinic in the last 12 months that’s ok we can advise you of alternative arrangements whilst on the phone.
You can still call the practice directly to book a face to face appointment. You will be asked a few screening questions by the practice staff and if the need for a Telehealth appointment is identified one will be arranged before the Doctor accepts a face to face.
We kindly ask you to wear a mask each time you visit the centre to help us create a safe environment.
PLEASE NOTE: Our clinics are NOT participating in Drive Thru COVID-19 testing, to protect our vulnerable patients and the community. If you feel you would like to be tested you can contact one of our Doctors for a Telehealth consultation for further advice.
$20.00 GAP FEE/OUT-OF POCKET CHARGES
Please note that there is an out of pocket fee for TELEHEALTH APPOINTMENTS on WEEKENDS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS. Patients will have to pay the standard Medicare fee,
an out of pocket (surcharge) /gap fee of
for ALL consultations. The Medicare fee will be reimbursed online (with valid bank account details, as stored by Medicare). For All OVHC/OSHC Insurance holders, the Gap Fee must be paid upon completion of the consult.
CANCELLATION / NON ATTENDANCE POLICY
Please note that if you do not attend your appointment or you cancel your scheduled appointment less than 24 hours prior to the start of your appointment time you will have a non-attendance marked in your file and a cancellation fee will apply.
$10 for Standard booked Consult
$30 for Long booked Consult
With all ALLIED HEALTH appointments, you need to give 24hrs notice for any cancellations and changes otherwise cancellation fee applied.
