Jeffrey Lai

Jeffrey specialises in helping patients with depression, mood disorders, anxiety, panic, anger management, grief, addictions, stress management, chronic pain, relationship issues, trauma and abuse. Jeffrey focuses on couples therapy, cognitive behaviour therapy, schema therapy and solution-focused therapy. 

Jeffrey only treats patients over the age of 16. Sessions with Jeffrey are 50-60 mins long and have a cost of $180, with bulk-billing available to health care and concession card holders. 

Jeffrey works fortnightly on Wednesdays at Myhealth Ryde and is fluent in English and Cantonese.
