Myhealth Top Ryde is a Mixed Billing Medical Centre conveniently located on Level 1 of Top Ryde City Shopping Centre. It is conveniently close to public transport and has ample parking. We welcome any feedback, suggestions or complaints that you may have. We ask that you express them in writing and either post them or fax them to the practice.
Behaviour within the Practice and on the Phone
Our practice and staff have a zero tolerance policy for any form of aggressive or intimidating behaviour, verbal or physical. Any person acting in an aggressive or intimidating manner in the surgery will be asked to leave the premise immediately. Likewise, if they act in an aggressive or intimidating matter over the phone, the phone call will end immediately.

Pricing/Fees
Due to the limited Medicare rebates and rising costs, to maintain the high quality of care, our clinic will move to a mixed billing model effective 05 June 2023 for all consultations Monday to Friday. The gap fee will be $30.00
Patients will be required to pay the complete consultation fee at the time of the visit. This will consist of the medicare rebate fee + gap fee.
You can claim the rebate fee back from Medicare on the spot by bringing a debit/savings card (not credit card) with you.
This mixed billing system will include ALL healthfund members OVHS and OSHC.
Monday to Friday Only
The clinic will continue to BULK BILL pensioners, health care card holders and children under the age of 16 Monday to Friday.
NO GAP will apply for COVID vaccines.
We are very committed to providing high quality care to our patients and community. The reason for the introduction of a gap fee for our patients, is the rising costs of running a general practice and the reluctance of the government in funding these higher costs.
WEEKEND APPOINTMENTS
Weekend Gap fee of $30 applies to all patients including OVHC and OSHC recipients.
PODIATRY
A gap fee of $20 is incurred for podiatry appointments.
