My name is Raquel Ugarte, I am a Mental Health Social Worker.

I completed my master degree at Sydney university, and I have worked with adults, children and families in hospitals and for the government in NSW. I have experience in CBT, Narrative Therapy and other types of therapeutic approaches. I have been in private practice over the past 30 years and I have extensive experience in the following areas:
