Important Update: Change in Patient App
We wish to inform you that our practice will no longer be utilising the MyPractice App for patient interactions. Should you have any questions or require further assistance, please feel free to contact us directly.

From the 22nd of July 2024, Myhealth Wetherill Park will charge Longer Telehealth, with an out of pocket fee $30 (Gap).
To ensure we offer accessible and equitable healthcare services in our practice Medicare bulk-billing (no gap) is still offered to patients whom fit the below:
- Children under the age of 16
- Concession Card holders
- Pension Card holders
- DVA members
We highly recommend our patient’s to enrol in MYMEDICARE that Government program implemented to access longer Telehealth for the above criteria.
OUR FEES ARE CHANGING
Effective on 20th May 2023, our Practice will be changing to “Private Billing” on weekends regardless if you hold a Health Care Card or Concession Card or if you are 16 years old or younger.

About Myhealth Wetherill Park Medical Clinic
Myhealth Wetherill Park opened its doors in March 2015. Located within the Wetherill Park Stocklands mall, we aim to provide high quality, comprehensive and evidence based medical care to all our patients via a mixed billing model.
We have a team of allied health services onsite, including: Physiotherapy, Dietitian, and Podiatry. Our services also include functional assessments, and shared antenatal care.
For Hearing Test, patients need to contact Hearing Australia at 131 797 and book a monthly appointment with us.
We accept bookings online, over the phone and via the MyPractice App.
Please note: Gap fees apply to all appointments from the 4th of July 2022. Some patients may be eligible for bulk-billed services.

• Australian Immunisation update Record if you came from overseas – $50.00
• Medical Reports and forms completion – to see by each Doctor
• Centrelink forms (Carer’s Payments, Disability Forms etc) – $100.00
CANCELLATION FEE
We will start charging for any patient who did not attend the clinic without calling and cancelling their appointment within 24hours before their appointment.
