Dr Talal Serhan

Dr Talal Serhan was born and educated in Iraq. He obtained his medical degree in Basrah medical school in 1994. He received extensive training in surgery before moving to general practice. He worked as a general practitioner in Iraq and Yemen before finding love in Australia.

He is practising in Australia as a general practitioner since 2001. He served rural and remote communities before moving to Sydney. In addition for being a fellow of the Royal College of General Practitioners, he obtained from the skin cancer college Australasia diploma in skin cancer medicine and surgery, diploma in dermoscopy and advanced certificate of skin cancer medicine and surgery.

Currently, he is enrolled in Advanced Certificate of General Dermatology with Australasian College of Dermatologists.

Skin cancer medicine and surgery and skin diseases are the area of interest for Dr Talal Serhan.

He is a father of three successful children and enjoys being a farmer in his little backyard.
