Announcement
Myhealth Wetherill Park will apply a $30 out-of-pocket fee (gap) for longer telehealth consultations.
To ensure we offer accessible and equitable healthcare services in our practice Medicare bulk-billing (no gap) is still offered to patients whom fit the below:
- Children under the age of 16
- Concession Card holders
- Pension Card holders
- DVA members
We highly recommend our patient’s to enrol in MYMEDICARE that Government program implemented to access longer Telehealth for the above criteria.
FEE UPDATE
Our practice will now operate under a private billing model on weekends, regardless of whether you hold a Health Care Card, Concession Card, or are 16 years old or younger.

About Myhealth Wetherill Park Medical Clinic
Myhealth Wetherill Park opened its doors in March 2015. Located within the Wetherill Park Stocklands mall, we aim to provide high quality, comprehensive and evidence based medical care to all our patients via a mixed billing model.
We have a team of allied health services onsite, including: Physiotherapy, Dietitian, and Podiatry. Our services also include functional assessments, and shared antenatal care.

Telehealth Gap Fee Update
Effective from 3rd November, the Gap Fee for all Telehealth appointments will increase to $30.00.
Saturday Appointments for New Patients
New patients wishing to book a Saturday appointment will now be required to contact the Practice by phone. A deposit of $30.00 will be collected at the time of booking to help ensure appointment availability for all patients.
Cancellation Policy
We will start charging for any patient who did not attend the clinic without calling and cancelling their appointment within 24 hours before their appointment.
