Bulk Billing Update – Effective 1 November 2025
Starting 1 November 2025, our practice will bulk bill all Medicare-eligible patients for all consultations, including weekends.
Out-of-pocket Expenses
Please be aware that charges apply for private vaccinations and certain procedures carried out in the treatment room.
If you require further information, please speak to a member of our reception team.
Weekend Availability
We would like to inform all patients that Saturday is offered on Doctors availability only.
If you’re visiting our surgery and have any symptoms, we kindly ask that you wear a mask. Your safety, as well as that of our staff and other patients, is our priority. Thank you for your cooperation.

Are you a bulk billing clinic?
Yes. From November 1, 2025 our billing policy has been updated to align with the new Medicare bulk billing initiative, providing Medicare-eligible patients the opportunity to access high-quality care with no out-of-pocket costs.
Do you accept walk-ins?
We run on an appointment-only basis; therefore, we suggest booking an appointment in advance. However, we will always try to fit you in when we can, subject to availability on the day and the emergency of the situation.
Am I eligible for a telehealth consultation?
Under Medicare, telehealth consultations are only available to existing patients who have seen their GP in person in the last 12 months.
Do you have access to my medical records from another Myhealth?
No, we do not have access to your records; however, we can obtain them by request. Please allow a week prior to your appointment to guarantee we have received these from your other clinic.
