About Myhealth Treetops Medical Clinic
Myhealth Treetops is a Bulk Billing Medical Centre conveniently located in the Treetops Shopping Centre in the heart of Burleigh.

For your convenience, we also have experienced nurses who support our doctors and manage our chronic disease appointments.

Updated Billing Policy – In Line with the Medicare Universal Bulk Billing Initiative
From November 1, 2025 our billing policy has been updated to align with the new Medicare bulk billing initiative, providing Medicare-eligible patients the opportunity to access high-quality care with no out-of-pocket costs.
Please be sure to advise reception at the time of booking if you have a Health Care/Concession/Pension or DVA card, so we can add these to your files and avoid any unnecessary charges.
Whilst fees for Medicare-eligible patients can be bulk billed for many services, consultation fees are also outlined here to ensure transparency for all patients who choose the high-quality care at our clinic. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to speak with one of our friendly staff members.
Did Not Attend / Cancellation Policy
You must give at least 2 hours notice prior to the appointment time so we can offer it to another patient. If you fail to attend the appointment or cancel less than 2 hours before the appointment time, a fee of $50 will be incurred before you can attend our practice again. For long appointments, the fee is $80 due to the time missed. This fee is payable before any future appointments can be made at the practice. This policy applies to all patients.
