About Myhealth Top Ryde Medical Clinic
Myhealth Top Ryde is a Bulk Billing Medical Centre conveniently located on Level 1 of Top Ryde City Shopping Centre. It is conveniently close to public transport and has ample parking. This brand new, purpose-built centre offers the highest standard of medical care with state-of-the-art facilities. Updated Billing Policy – In Line with the Medicare Universal Bulk Billing Initiative
From November 1, 2025 our billing policy has been updated to align with the new Medicare bulk billing initiative, providing Medicare-eligible patients the opportunity to access high-quality care with no out-of-pocket costs.
Please be sure to advise reception at the time of booking if you have a Health Care/Concession/Pension or DVA card, so we can add these to your files and avoid any unnecessary charges.
Whilst fees for Medicare-eligible patients can be bulk billed for many services, consultation fees are also outlined here to ensure transparency for all patients who choose the high-quality care at our clinic. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to speak with one of our friendly staff members.
Please note:
- Some procedures and specific services may still involve out-of-pocket fees. For further details, kindly speak with our reception team.
- The $35 gap fee still applies for all eligible OSHC and OVHC card holders with ALLIANZ, NIB, BUPA, CBHS, AHM and MEDIBANK.
Non-Attendance / Cancellation Policy
There is no cancellation fee for GP appointments.
For dietitian appointments, a $50 cancellation fee applies.
Jemma (Psychologist) has a full cancellation fee of $190, while James (Psychologist) charges a full cancellation fee of $200.
Jeffrey (Psychologist) has a cancellation fee ranging from $30 to $50, depending on the consent form.
There is no cancellation fee for podiatry appointments.
