ANNOUNCEMENT
Farewell Dr Ruban
We would like to inform our patients that Dr Ruban will be leaving Myhealth Toowong on Friday, 25 September.
If you would like to see Dr Ruban before his final day, please contact our clinic and speak with one of our friendly reception team members to arrange an appointment.
On behalf of the entire team, we sincerely thank Dr Ruban for his dedication, compassion and exceptional care of our patients. He has made a wonderful contribution to our clinic and will be greatly missed.
Reduced Operating Hours
We are currently operating at reduced hours for the week of the 7th -13th September due to Doctors being on leave.
Out-of-pocket Fee Increase
Please be advised that our out-of-pocket fees will be increasing, effective 28th September 2026. We appreciate your understanding.
Saturday Closures Notice
Please note that our clinics will be closed on Saturdays until further notice. We will keep our patients informed once we resume our regular hours. Thank you for your understanding.

Are you a Bulk Billing clinic?
At Myhealth Toowong, we are a mixed billing clinic. Bulk billing or reduced rate appointments are available with selected doctors. Please note our Saturday consultations are all privately charged.
Do I need an appointment for a repeat script or repeat referral?
Yes, an appointment is required as the doctors need to ensure that your medical history and symptoms remain the same or if they have changed. For eligible patients, telehealth appointments are also available.
Do I need to see a doctor if I just need to see the nurse for an injection?
Yes, you will be required to see the doctor before going to see the nurse. The doctor needs to check your current health status to make sure you are well enough for the injection. The nurses are here to support the doctors, so you do need to see a doctor first.
