About Myhealth Rockdale Medical Clinic

Myhealth Rockdale is a Mixed Billing medical center conveniently located in Rockdale Plaza.
Our aim is to provide the highest standard of patient care with professionalism, respect, integrity, and excellence. We are committed to promoting wellness through disease prevention. We strive to achieve the best possible health outcomes for all our patients.
This brand-new, purpose-built center offers a full range of medical services with Physiotherapy/ Allied Health and Pathology onsite. We pride ourselves on offering a friendly, convenient, accessible, and professional service to all our patients.
Please note that Myhealth Rockdale is an appointment-only clinic, so be sure to book ahead.
IMPORTANT: Whilst we make every effort to fit in all patients, we may NOT be able to take any walk-in patients around busy periods and closing hours.
*LONG APPOINTMENTS: Please call us if you have any inquiries regarding your bookings (eg. care plans, health assessments, iron infusion, excision, wound dressing, workers’ compensation, and child vaccinations). Unfortunately, we do not offer long appointments on weekends or Public Holidays.

Important Announcement: Changes to Gap Fees Effective 1st March 2025
Dear Valued Patients,
Please be advised that from 1st March 2025, there will be an adjustment to our gap fees:
Weekdays (Monday–Friday)
- Short Consultation: $30 gap fee
- Long/Complex Consultation: $50 gap fee
- Patients with concession cards will continue to be bulk-billed where applicable.
Saturdays
- Gap fee: $30–$50 (determined at the GP’s discretion).
- Applies to all patients, including concession cardholders.
Sundays & Public Holidays
- $50 gap fee for all consultations, regardless of concession status.

Updated Fees and Billing Information
Gap Fees
Effective March 1, 2025, new gap fees will apply. Medicare rebates are determined by the Federal Government and are subject to change, which may impact out-of-pocket costs.
Eligible Medicare Bulk Billing (Weekdays Only)
The following patients will continue to receive bulk billing with no gap fee on weekdays:
- Children aged 15 years and under
- Valid Concession Health Care Card holders, including:
- Pensioner Concession Card
- Health Care Card
- Commonwealth Seniors Health Card
- Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) Gold, White, and Orange Card holders
- Flu, COVID, and child immunisations
- Chronic Disease Health Care Plans, Mental Health Care Plans, and Health Assessments
Telehealth Appointments
- Booking: Secure your Telehealth appointment through our website.
- Fee: $30 gap + MBS (Weekdays & Saturdays) & $50 gap + MBS (Sundays & Public Holidays) per telephone consultation.
- Medicare Claims: We will process your claim on your behalf, and rebates will be deposited into your nominated account.

- Short Consultation: $55
- Standard Consultation: $80
- Long Consultation: $120
- Extended Consultation: $150
Procedure Fees
- Iron Infusion: $120 + MBS item number
- Implanon Insertion: $50 + MBS item number
- Implanon Removal: $100 + MBS item number
- Implanon Insertion & Removal: $100 + MBS item number
- Cervical Screening: $50 + MBS item number (No gap fee for self-collection)
- Skin Cancer Check: $50+MBS Item Number
- Skin Procedure/Biopsy Excision: $100+ + MBS item number
