Jenny, a Registered Psychologist and the Founder of Mindful Psychology Practice in Barangaroo and Sydney CBD, is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS), the Australian Association of Psychologists Inc. (AAPi), and an associate member of the EMDR Association of Australia (EMDRAA). She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology, with a Second Class Pass for her thesis, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma and Conjoint Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Commerce. Jenny is an accredited treatment provider for Medicare and WorkCover NSW.

With a background in corporate and vocational rehabilitation settings, Jenny now focuses exclusively on private practice. She offers therapy and counselling to adults, specialising in anxiety and panic disorders, mood disorders, stress, life transitions, interpersonal difficulties, grief and loss, and trauma-related issues. Jenny is dedicated to helping individuals navigate life transitions, overcome challenges, and foster growth in the context of modern society. Utilising evidence-based practices, she provides compassionate support, empowering clients on their journey of growth and well-being.

Jenny’s therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Schema Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing. She tailors her warm and empathetic counselling style to cultivate a safe and supportive space for clients. Through a flexible and collaborative approach, Jenny ensures that therapy is tailored to meet each client’s specific needs. Leveraging her expertise, she cultivates a supportive and nurturing environment that promotes exploration, insight, and personal growth.
