Now Welcoming New Patients
We are pleased to welcome Dr Zhonghua Zhou (Cassie) to our team of general practitioners. Dr Zhou is a compassionate and experienced GP, who began her medical career in obstetrics and gynaecology after completing her medical degree at China Medical University. She later undertook a family medicine residency through the US-based program In His Image, before moving to Australia in 2016.
Since then, she has worked across South Gippsland and Melbourne in a range of clinical settings, including outpatient, inpatient and urgent care. Dr Zhou is committed to providing holistic, patient-centred care, with particular interests in mental health, women’s health, aged care and procedural medicine.

Pricing/Fees
Debit or Credit card details will need to be entered for all telehealth appointments and funds held at the time of booking as we have a new automated payment system.
If you hold a Health Care or Concession Card, we encourage you to make your telephone bookings with our reception staff to avoid this.
Please make sure you advise reception ASAP if you have a Health Care/Concession/Pension or DVA card so we can add these to your files to avoid unnecessary charges.
Non-Attendance / Cancellation Policy
For GP/NP appointments, a $50 fee applies if cancelled or rescheduled within 2 hours of the scheduled time.
For Allied Health appointments, a $50 fee applies if cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
