    About Myhealth Liverpool Level 2 Medical Centre

    Myhealth Liverpool is a Bulk Billing Medical Centre located in Westfield LEVEL 2. We take pride in offering the highest standard of medical care to our patients in our new purpose built centre inside of Westfield on Level 2 next to Commonwealth Bank.

    We offer a friendly, convenient, accessible and professional service. We provide appointments as well as a walk in service. We are an accredited Yellow Fever Vaccination Centre.

    Updated Billing Policy – In Line with the Medicare Universal Bulk Billing Initiative

    From November 1, 2025 our billing policy has been updated to align with the new Medicare bulk billing initiative, providing Medicare-eligible patients the opportunity to access high-quality care with no out-of-pocket costs.    

    Please be sure to advise reception at the time of booking if you have a Health Care/Concession/Pension or DVA card, so we can add these to your files and avoid any unnecessary charges.

    Whilst fees for Medicare-eligible patients can be bulk billed for many services, consultation fees are also outlined here to ensure transparency for all patients who choose the high-quality care at our clinic. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to speak with one of our friendly staff members.

    Non-Attendance / Cancellation Policy

    A cancellation fee of $20 applies for weekday and podiatry appointments if less than 2 hours’ notice is given or if the appointment is missed without notice. For Saturday appointments, the cancellation fee is $60.

    Since 01/07/2022, the Myhealth Liverpool Level 2 medical centre applies a gap fee of $20 to all appointments for all patients over 16 years of age. This enables doctors to provide continued high-quality service and ensures all appointments are utilised fairly and effectively. Fees may also apply for surgical procedures, depending on the type and length of procedure required.

    How to Register with The Myhealth Liverpool GP

    Registering as a new patient is a quick and easy process. You can access the New Patient Registration form by clicking on the link. All new patients complete this form to ensure they receive informed, continuous care from the medical team.

    Once completed, you'll be able to book your first appointment at the clinic. You can do this by using our online booking system. Myhealth also offers patients a convenient and informative app that allows them to keep track of their medical information.

    The MyPractice app will help you track appointments, prescriptions, referrals, and pathology results, ensuring you're kept up to date with your health. To download, simply search for MyPractice in your app store.
