Saturday Fees Update
Starting February 22, 2025, a $40 gap fee will apply to Saturday appointments, and bulk billing will no longer be available.

Dear patients aged 65 and above, please note that a gap fee of $30 will be applicable to your visits, unless you hold a valid Health Care Card or Pension Card. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

About Myhealth Fountain Gate Medical Clinic
Welcome to Myhealth Fountain Gate, a Mixed Billing Medical Centre conveniently located at Shop 2014A Westfield Fountain Gate 25-55 Overland Dr Narre Warren.
This purpose-built centre opened its doors in May 2016 and offers the highest standard of medical care with state-of-the-art facilities. We pride ourselves in offering a friendly, convenient, accessible and professional service to all our patients.
Myhealth Fountain Gate is an accredited practice and is also an accredited GP registrar training facility.

Dear Valued Community,
In order to continue providing quality health care services with rising costs, from 3rd January 2023, we are changing our fees and becoming a mixed billing centre. We are charging a gap fee of around $30-40.
All payments are processed electronically, and if you provide a PHYSICAL DEBIT BANK CARD (with a linked bank account) we can process your MEDICARE REBATE instantly. Otherwise, you can either claim it online with the receipt provided or ask our receptionists to send it through the Medicare System (please allow 1 to 2 business days for the rebate to be processed by Medicare).

All Saturday appointments incur a $40.00 gap fee. No Bulk Billing available.
Patients under 16 years of age and holders of a current Pension, Healthcare, or DVA Card will be bulk-billed during weekdays from 9:00am-5:30pm.
Please note that some services attract a fee that is non-claimable with Medicare and may be in addition to the Doctor Consultation.
ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY
We are a non-discriminatory, inclusive and caring clinic. We welcome everyone. We are dedicated to caring and helping everyone with respect and courtesy.
However, our practice has a ZERO TOLERANCE policy towards any intimidating, aggressive or violent behaviour in the clinic.
Cancellation Policy
We have a Cancellation/Non-attendance policy for all appointments. A $30 Cancellation Fee applies if you do not cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled GP appointment. In order to be able to consult with a practitioner in future, this fee would need to be paid prior to the appointment. (Special Circumstances will be considered)
A 24 hours notice is required for allied health (psychologist, physiotherapist, dietitian, exercise physiologist, podiatrist) and specialist appointments.
