Myhealth Forest Lake is a GPA Accredited Practice conveniently located in Forest Lake Village.
This brand new, purpose built centre offers the highest standard of medical care with state-of-the-art facilities. We pride ourselves in offering a friendly, convenient, accessible and professional service to all our patients.
We offer a full range of medical services with physiotherapy, pathology and other comprehensive allied health services onsite. For all enquiries, please contact Myhealth Forest Lake.

Please Note:
- We incur a $30 gap fee to ALL patients, regardless of concession card or age on WEEKENDS and PUBLIC HOLIDAYS.
- We bulk bill children under 16 years on weekends.
Cancellation/Non Attendance Policy
Please note we have a $30 fee for late cancellation within two hours or missed appointments. If you fail to attend your appointment within 20 minutes your appointment will be cancelled.
