Changes to be Effective from 1st July 2025
For Mon-Fri appointments, there will be a $28 gap fee for general medical (face-to-face or telehealth) consultations for those aged 16-64 without a concession/health care/pension card.
For ALL Saturday appointments, there will be a $40 gap fee for general medical (face-to-face or telehealth) consultations (no exemptions).

We provide a comprehensive medical service in one convenient location including General Medical Practitioners, Registered Nurse, Pathology Collection, Psychologist, Dietitian, Audiologist and Physiotherapist. We are also an accredited Travel Vaccine Centre, including Yellow Fever vaccination.
For your added convenience we also accept online bookings.

Pricing/Fees
There is a $40 gap payment for all Saturday appointments.
For Monday - Friday appointments, there will be a $28 gap payment to general medical (face-to-face or telehealth) consultations for those aged 16-64 without a concession/health care/pension card. We are very committed to providing high quality care to our patients and community. We value our doctors’ time and expertise and we value our loyal and dedicated team of receptionists, nurses and allied health. Your gap payment will help us continue providing quality service to our patients as we manage the rising overhead costs versus the government’s unsustainable rebates.
The following patients will be bulk-billed to Medicare for general consultations with no gap fee:
- Patients aged 15 or under
- Patients aged 65 or over
- Patients with concession/health care or pension cards
- Care plans/team care arrangements and reviews
- Mental health care plans and reviews
- Health assessments; and INR management consults
- Appointments for COVID19/Flu vaccines
*** We do NOT bulk bill on Saturdays (regardless of age or concession status)
Cancellation Policy
Please call 02 9744 3322 if you are unable to keep an appointment in order to allow other patients to be seen. 3 hours notice prior to your appointment is required for any rescheduling and cancellations. If not, a $44 cancellation fee is payable prior to your next booking. This cancellation fee is applied immediately for no-shows.
