Welcome to Myhealth Medical Centre Enfield. We take pride in offering the highest standard of medical care to our patients. We offer a friendly, convenient, accessible and professional service. We are a well-respected family medical practice and have been serving the local community for decades.
We provide a comprehensive medical service in one convenient location including General Medical Practitioners, Registered Nurse, Pathology Collection, Psychologist, Dietition, Podiatrist and Physiotherapist. We are also an accredited Travel Vaccine Centre, including Yellow Fever vaccination.
For your added convenience we also accept online bookings.
***Please note this practice is closed between 12pm – 1pm, Mon-Fri.***
Zero Tolerance Policy
All our staff are trained and dedicated to serve you and you will be treated with courtesy and respect at all times. In return, we ask that you and anyone that you bring with you to the Practice treat our administrative and clinical staff with the same courtesy and respect.
We have a ZERO TOLERANCE approach to any verbal, aggressive and violent abuse and behaviour towards our staff or other patients. We respectfully advise you that abuse and/or violence will not be tolerated.
If a patient or anyone a patient brings with them to the Practice, is abusive, aggressive or violent towards our staff and/or other patients the police will be called and may result in you being removed from our Practice list.
Gap Fees:
There is a $30 gap payment for all Saturday appointments.
Please call 0297443322 to cancel your appointment at least 3 hours prior to avoid a $39.75 cancellation fee.
From 1st August 2022, there will be a $20 gap payment to general medical (face-to-face or telehealth) consultations for those aged 18-64 without a concession/health care/pension card. We are very committed to providing high quality care to our patients and community. We value our doctors’ time and expertise and we value our loyal and dedicated team of receptionists, nurses and allied health. Your gap payment will help us continue providing quality service to our patients as we manage the rising overhead costs versus the government’s unsustainable rebates.
The following patients will be bulk-billed to Medicare for general consultations with no gap fee:
• Patients aged under 18
• Patients aged 65 or over
• Patients with concession/health care or pension cards
• Care plans/team care arrangements and reviews
• Mental health care plans and reviews
• Health assessments; and INR management consults
• Appointments for COVID19/Flu vaccines
*** We do NOT bulk bill on Saturdays (regardless of age or concession status)
Information on the current private fees charged is available at reception.
Medical Records:
Any medical records request either to another practice or for personal purposes will incur a fee of $66 (including GST).
