Patients are required to pay the full consultation fee on the day of their appointment, so we can process the payment with Medicare and arrange for the rebate to be returned to you.

We will electronically submit the Medicare rebate on your behalf, and it is typically deposited into your bank account within a few business days. For patients using a debit or savings card, the rebate can be processed immediately.

For telehealth consultations, please ensure payment is made before 5 PM on the same day of your appointment so we can submit it to Medicare. For payments made after hours, patients will need to claim the rebate directly from Medicare using the receipt after payment

For after-hours care, you can book an after-hour telehealth appointment, and we’ll assess if a home visit is needed over the phone.

Patients will need to claim rebate directly with Medicare.

Patients with chronic conditions may be eligible for a GP Chronic Condition Management Plan (GPCCMP), which may provide access to up to five Medicare subsidised allied health services per calendar year.

Please note that the clinic is unable to track how many of your Medicare-subsidised allied health services have already been used. If you have reached your Medicare limit or the service is not eligible for a Medicare rebate, you will be responsible for the full consultation fee.

Allied Health Fees with a GPCCMP

Podiatrist: $31.10 gap fee

Dietitian: $35 gap fee

Concession card holders: $15 gap fee

Physiotherapist: Care plan consultations are bulk billed with participating physiotherapists. Consultations with Mr Ivan Lam have a $25 gap fee.

Exercise Physiologist: Bulk billed with an eligible care plan

Diabetes Educator: $30 gap fee

Concession card holders: $20 gap fee
