Dr David Lee

Dr. Lee obtained his Medical degree in 1974 and Master of Philosophy in 2006, from the University of Queensland. He is also a Fellow of the Australia Medical Acupuncture College since 1986.

In 2000, he was appointed Senior Lecturer at the University of Queensland Rural Medical School in Toowoomba where he was in charge of the third year medical student GP rotation.

He was involved with the Australian Medical Acupuncture College as past Federal President, Federal Director of Education and Examiner.

He also held the position of International External Examiner for the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada. Toronto, Ontario 1993 and University of Alberta Acupuncture Programme, British Columbia, Canada. 2000. In 2008, Dr Lee was appointed International External Moderator for the Master of Acupuncture Programme for the AUT University, Auckland, New Zealand.

He has been an acupuncture educator for doctors for over 40 years and is still currently involved with mentorship for doctors preparing for their Fellowship examination.

During his free time he loves gardening, archery and is learning Chinese calligraphy and painting.
