Meet Dr Christine Wang
Dr Christine Wang grew up in Sydney and completed a Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery before subsequently training in various specialties at Westmead Hospital and Westmead Children's Hospital.
Dr Wang is a Fellow of the Royal College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) and has pursued further training in skin cancer medicine, completing a Certificate of Dermoscopy through the Skin Cancer College of Australasia. She is accredited to insert and remove implanons via the NSW Family Planning Implanon course. Additionally, she has completed a Graduate Diploma in Child Health.
Throughout her experiences, Dr Wang is passionate about implementing a holistic and evidence-based approach to better the health of her patients through individualised health advocacy, education and preventative care.
Dr Christine Wang consults in all areas of general practice and has special interests including:
- Women's health
- Sexual health
- Skin cancer including minor skin procedures
- Chronic disease management
