Dr Srisuvira Nathan

Dr Suvira Nathan completed her medical degree in the Gold Coast. She trained and then worked at the Gold Coast University Hospital, primarily in the Emergency Department before moving into General Practice.

She is passionate about providing thorough, evidence based, patient centred care and is committed to taking care of families. She enjoys all areas of general practice and has a strong interest in

• Antenatal care

• Paediatric and adolescent health

• Women’s health

• Acute Medicine and preventative health

In addition to her clinical work, she is also a Medical Educator at Bond University, Examiner at Griffith University, and enjoys teaching medical students.

In her spare time you will find Dr Suvira Nathan enjoys kayaking, stand up paddleboarding and spending time with loved ones.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery 

• Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP)

• Emergency Medicine Certificate through the Australasian College for Emergency Medicine (ACEM)

• Academic Title Holder at Griffith University (Lecturer)
