Dr Priyanka Bhaskar

Priya graduated with a MD (Doctor of Medicine) from Griffith University (QLD) in 2015. She worked for a further 4 years in QLD hospitals in multiple disciplines prior to working as a Senior House Officer at the Gold Coast University Hospital Emergency Department for 2.5 years.

She moved to Sydney in 2020 to pursue a career in General Practice with the desire to form enduring therapeutic relationships with her patients and contribute positively to the health and well-being of her community. She enjoys the variety and challenges of family medicine and has a particular interest in Paediatrics, Mental Health, Family Planning and Preventative Medicine.

Outside of work, she reports to a 2 year old supervisor who keeps her plenty busy. She also enjoys travelling, hiking and playing novice baker for her guinea-pig husband.
