Meet Dr Mary Zeitoune
Special Interests: Women’s and Children’s Health and Preventative Health Care.
Dr Mary Zeitoune studied medicine at the University of Liverpool, UK and graduated from Medicine in 2003. She decided on a career in General Practice at that time and undertook her GP Vocational Training in Worcestershire, UK, qualifying as a Specialist in General Practice in 2007 and receiving her MRCGP. This involved a broad range of specialities including Paediatrics, General Medicine, Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
She moved to Australia in December 2012 and obtained the FRACGP. She is trained to fit the contraceptive implant and has a strong interest in Women’s and Children’s Health and preventative health care. She believes in the principles of continuity in family practice.
Dr Zeitoune has recently become a mother and understands the challenges of parenthood. She enjoys anything to do with the outdoors and loves to go camping with her family, including the dog!
