Meet Dr Lynette Nasri
Interests: Women’s health (including sexual health, contraception and pregnancy), Children’s health, Chronic Disease and Medication Reviews.
After graduating from the University of Sydney with a Doctor of Medicine (MD), Dr Nasri completed her internship and residency in Westmead Hospital and Coffs Harbour Base Hospital, covering rotations in Emergency Medicine, Cardiology, Neurology and Paediatrics. She also completed a graduate Diploma in Child & Adolescent Health through the Sydney Children’s Hospitals Network.
Prior to Medicine, Dr Nasri studied a Bachelor of Pharmacy. Dr Nasri has done several rotations in Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, Balmain Hospital and Chris O’Brien Lifehouse, including an Obstetrics & Gynaecology rotation in Canterbury Hospital and a Paediatric rotation at Coffs Harbour Base Hospital.
She has also participated in medical volunteer work in rural Gizo Hospital in the Solomon Islands, and Rarotonga Hospital in the Cook Islands.
Dr Nasri is passionate about empowering patients to become more involved in their health care.
