Meet Dr Amanda Johnson
Amanda completed a Bachelor of Science at UNSW graduating with honours majoring in Microbiology and Immunology. Following this, she studied medicine at Sydney University, graduating in 2006. Amanda undertook her junior medical training at Prince of Wales Hospital, Sydney Children’s Hospital, and The Royal Hospital for Women and completed her Fellowship of General Practice in 2013.
Amanda enjoys all aspects of general practice but has an interest in Women’s Health, Paediatrics, Sexual and Reproductive Health. She holds a Diploma in Paediatrics and a certificate in Sexual and Reproductive health. She is able to offer antenatal care through the Shared Care program at the Royal Hospital for women.
Amanda started at Potts Point Family Medical Practice in 2012 and has loved working in a true family practice and being able to offer medical care to all patients in all stages of their lives. She is looking forward to continuing to provide care at Myhealth Potts Point.
