Meet Dr Alen Bielich
Alen was born in Croatia and migrated in this part of the world in 1994 with his young family after completing his Medical Degree. Dr Bielich moved to Australia in 2000. He has obtained his basic Australian medical training in Hobart (TAS) and completed the Australian Medical Council Exam for International Medical Graduates. He is currently also a Fellow of Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. Dr Bielich has more than 14 years’ experience in Australian General practice running his own private practice in Kempsey (NSW) and proudly serving people of rural Australia and MacLeay River for more than a decade. Alen was also involved in local community as an assistant coach of Macleay Valley Rangers F.C. helping young teenage stars to excel in their sporting dreams. At present, he is providing medical services to Australian Defence Forces as an Aviation Medical Officer and GP Registrar Supervisor. Dr Bielich has been involved in medical education over the past 7 years in GP registrar and medical student training. He participated as co-author in an article recently published in “Neurology: Clinical Practice” American journal.
Dr Bielich has joined to the Kable Street practice in Feb.2017. His main interests involve musculoskeletal and aviation medicine. He also has background in fitness industry as qualified personal trainer.
Outside of work, Alen enjoys playing soccer, music and time with his wife and three children.
