• Weekday (Mon-Fri): $35 Gap Fee applies to standard weekday GP appointments including phone (Telehealth) appointments.

OSHC - Bulk billing (No Gap Fee) is available on weekdays (Mon-Fri) for eligible OSHC policy holders except Bupa policy holders. This applies to standard weekday GP appointments only and excludes Saturday appointments, Cervical Screening, Skin check, Long consultations, Walk-in without appointment, Certification, and Procedures.

• Saturday: $60 Gap Fee applies to standard Saturday GP appointments including phone (Telehealth) appointments

Additional Gap Fees apply for other consultation types and procedures:

• Cervical Screening (Pap smear): $60 Gap Fee

• Skin Check (Comprehensive): $90 Gap Fee; Additional Gap Fees apply for procedures including biopsy and excision.

• Long Consultations: Additional Gap Fees apply, starting from $50 Gap Fee.

• Walk-in without an appointment is welcome depending on availability and a $60 Gap Fee applies on weekdays.

• Procedures: Additional Gap Fees apply for all procedures including ECG, Ear syringing, Wound management, Implanon insertions/removals, and Skin biopsy/excision. Please call for bookings.

• Certification: Out of pocket Fees apply for Certification (Professional Practitioner Certificates, Forms / Documents). Please see reception for details.

You must hold a valid OSHC / OVHC insurance policy that is eligible and covers GP consultations. You may be required to pay the full consultation fee upfront depending on your insurance policy. Please see reception for details.
