Friday Appointment Update
Due to the temporary unavailability of a doctor on Fridays, there are currently no appointments available on this day. Our clinic remains open to answer phone calls, assist with enquiries, and help with bookings for other available days. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
Farwell to Dr Shaukat Ali
Dr Shaukat Ali’s final day at the clinic will be 22 December, as he prepares to begin a well-earned retirement.
We extend our sincere thanks and appreciation for his many years of dedicated service to our patients and the wider community. His commitment and care have made a lasting impact, and he will be greatly missed.
To support a smooth transition, Dr Mohamad Alshurafa will be available to continue caring for Dr Ali’s patients moving forward.
Bulk Billing Update – Effective 1 November 2025
Starting 1 November 2025, our practice will bulk bill all Medicare-eligible patients for all consultations, including weekends.

Are you a bulk billing clinic?
Yes. From November 1, 2025 our billing policy has been updated to align with the new Medicare bulk billing initiative, providing Medicare-eligible patients the opportunity to access high-quality care with no out-of-pocket costs.
