About Myhealth Smith Collective Medical Clinic
Myhealth Smith Collective is a Mixed Billing practice. $30 - $70 gap fees will be charged for GP consultations.
Bulk billing (GP consultations) are eligible for patients aged under 16 and over 65 years old and current Centrelink health care card/ Pension concession holders.

Non-Attendance / Cancellation Policy
Non-attendance or cancellations made within 2 hours of the appointment will result in a 'DNA' (Did Not Attend) being recorded on the account. After two instances of DNA, a $50 cancellation fee will apply, and the patient will be unable to attend further appointments until the fee is paid.
