Important Update: Bulk Billing from 1st November
We're pleased to let you know that from 1st November, our clinic will be moving to bulk billing for all eligible Medicare card holders.
This means no out-of-pocket cost for your consultation!
A fee will apply only if:
• You miss your appointment, or
• You cancel with less than 2 hours’ notice.
• Surgical procedures and treatments
• Completion of forms, reports, or other paperwork
Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
The gap remains the same until the 1st of November
Update for Unpaid Invoice
Due to an increasing number of unpaid accounts, if the invoice is not paid on the day of the consult a $10 fee will be added to it.

Pricing/Fees
Myhealth Marketplace is now a mixed billing practice.
Our out of pocket fee is $30 which applies to ALL new patients over 12 years of age or existing patients without a health care card.
All concession card holders and 15 years of age and under will be bulk billed after their first initial consultation.
DVA gold card holders will continue to be bulk billed.
Kindly note that a $35 gap fee will apply to all Sunday and Public Holiday appointments.
S8 and Authority medication will not be prescribed by any of our Doctors at this clinic.
Update on Dr Julie’s Billing Policy
Please be advised that Dr Julie is now transitioning to private billing for all new patients. Regular patients will continue to be bulk billed as usual. We appreciate your understanding.
Non-Attendance / Cancellation Policy
A $50 fee will apply for missed appointments or late cancellations within 2 hours' notice. Please note that no further appointments will be booked until any outstanding fees are settled. For long-term patients, appointments may be booked once the fee is paid, but this will not apply to newer patients.
