Myhealth Macquarie Centre opened its doors in May 2015. Located within Macquarie Centre we aim to provide comprehensive, evidence based medicine and care via a mixed billing practice.
Myhealth Macquarie Centre provides general practice services including childhood immunisations, travel vaccination, skin checks, men/women health checks, minor surgery and pathology services. We also have available additional allied health services in one convenient location – covering Pathology collection, Physiotherapy and Psychology
For your added convenience we also accept online bookings.
CLINIC POLICY
Our clinic’s policy is that Covid-positive patients should book only telehealth consultations, rather than face to face consultations, within 7 days of symptom onset in order to protect our immunocompromised and elderly patients.

GP CONSULTATION FEES FOR MEDICARE CARD HOLDERS
- Weekdays: $35 gap fee (Mon-Fri) for weekday GP appointments including phone consults (Effective from 8th May 2023).
- Saturday and Sunday: $50 gap fee for all weekend GP appointments including phone consults (Effective from 1st April 2023).

Bulk-billing is available on WEEKDAYS (Mon-Fri) for concession card holders (Pensioner and Health care card holders), DVA card holders and children under 16.
Bulk-billing is NOT available on WEEKENDS (Sat & Sun) and ALL PATIENTS will be charged a gap fee of $50.
OSHC & OVHC PATIENTS (NON-MEDICARE PATIENTS)
- Weekdays: $35 gap fee (Mon-Fri) for weekday GP appointments including phone consults (Effective from 8th May 2023).
- Saturday and Sunday: $50 gap fee for all weekend GP appointments including phone consults (Effective from 1st April 2023).
Please note that all OSHC & OVHC policy holders AND non-Medicare Patients will be required to pay the full consultation fee on the day of consult. Please see a member of our friendly reception team for further details.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
• GP Appointments – a $35 no show fee applies if you fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 2 hours prior to your appointment time. This also applies if you do not answer your phone for a phone consultation.
Receiving your medicare benefit payment
Your medicare can be paid electronically into your nominated bank account. Your payment is usually available in the next working day.
