For all new patients joining us from another surgery can you please present a Patient Health Summary for our GP's to use as reference. We will also obtain authorisation from you to request a copy of your previous patient file so we have all your details on record.

About Myhealth Engadine Medical Clinic
Myhealth Engadine (formerly Engadine Family Medical Practice) is a mixed billing practice. For over 40 years we have prided ourselves in offering a friendly, convenient, accessible and professional service to all our patients.
Our location entrance is via Preston Avenue opposite the Japanese Restaurant, disabled access via Preston Lane. Appointments and walk-ins are welcome.

EXERCISE CLASSES WITH Ji
Due to the success of the balance classes with our physiotherapist Ji, we are pleased to announce he has added an extra balance class to a Friday. Balance classes are held every:
- Tuesday 10am
- Wednesday 10am
- Friday 3pm
- Saturday 10.30am
Each class is 30min. Small class sizes and your FIRST TWO VISITS ARE FREE. Each class thereafter is $5. A great way to socialise, exercise, build strength and reconditioning. Bookings can be made online or over the phone by calling 95200444.
CORE & LEG CLASS
Would you like to strengthen your abdominals, back and your leg muscles? Join us for our new Core & Leg class: Every Thursday 5.30pm-6pm Pilates Floor Core Exercises & Leg Exercises with more emphasis on spinal strength and endurance. Cost is $20 per class. Bring a bottle of water for hydration, towel and a mat if you have one (otherwise provided)
FREE HEARING TESTS
Amplifon are offering free hearing tests at Myhealth Engadine on the last Tuesday of each month. Next available appointments will be on Tuesday 25th Feb 9am-12am - bookings can be made online or over the phone by calling 95200444.
THE OVER 65 FLU VACCINE IS AVAILABLE
We are pleased to advise that the over 65yrs flu vaccine is available at the clinic. Bookings can be made online via the Myhealth website or by calling 95200444. Flu clinics are run every Friday or bookings can be made with the nursing team for alternative days.
Covid Vaccines
If you would like a covid vaccine please make an appointment with one of the nursing team by calling 95200444. If you are booking online for the flu vaccine, the covid vaccine can be given at the same time upon request.
Negative RAT Test Needed for Face-to-Face Appointments with Cold/Flu Symptoms
If you have cold and flu-like symptoms we require you to have a negative RAT test on the day in order for a face to face appointment to proceed. This RAT test needs to be presented to the GP so please bring it with you.
Podiatrist Appointments - Andrew Hanna is open for appointments every Monday from 9am-5pm and Thursday 1pm-5pm . Bookings can be made online or over the phone by calling 95200444.
*Podiatry appointment time frame and fees can vary depending upon the service required.
Dietitian Appointments - our Dietitian Romy O'Brien has appointments available each Wednesday fortnight and Monday afternoon alternative fortnight. Bookings can be made online or over the phone on 95200444.
Physiotherapy Appointments - are available each Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 7.45am-5pm and Thursday afternoon 1pm-5pm. Bookings can be made online, choosing your appointment type or over the phone on 95200444. Balance classes with Ji are available Tuesday and Wednesday 10.00am and Saturday mornings 10.30am.
Counselling Appointments - are available with Marie Farthing every Monday and Tuesday. Bookings can be made online or over the phone on 95200444. 48hrs notice is to be given for any counsellor appointment cancellations.
Cancellation of Allied Health Appointments (excluding classes) - please note cancellation fees may apply if appointments are cancelled within 24-48hrs prior to appointments.

Pricing/Fees
Myhealth Engadine is a mixed billing practice. On all appointments a gap fee ranging from $20 to $150 may be incured.
What is mixed billing?
Mixed-billing means that most patients will be paying a “gap fee” for their appointment. A gap payment is an out of pocket cost between the Medicare rebate and our practice’s fee.
Important Update for New Patients & Online Telephone Consultations
To enhance our booking process, we now require credit card details at the time of booking for new patients and online telephone consultations.
For Health Care Card & Pension Card Holders
If you hold a valid Health Care Card or Pension Card, you may call our reception to book an appointment.
Full details will be displayed at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you call the surgery at 9520 0444 or select 'No' when you receive your SMS confirmation. For Allied Health appointments, we appreciate 24–48 hours' notice to avoid potential cancellation fees.
