Pricing/Fees
Debit or Credit card details will need to be entered for all telehealth appointments and funds held at the time of booking as we have a new automated payment system. If you hold a Health Care or Concession Card, we encourage you to make your telephone bookings with our reception staff to avoid this.
Dr Wai Linn Kyaw and Dr Thandar San offer Bulk Billing services on WEEKDAYS until 3rd April 2025. (Out of Pocket Fee will apply for procedures.)
Please make sure you advise reception if you have a Health Care/Concession/Pension or DVA card so we can add these to your files to avoid unnecessary charges.

Saturday GP Appointment
Fully private with a gap fee of $30 per patient, excluding health care/concession/ DVA card holders and patients under the age of 16.
NO OUT-OF-POCKET COST FOR THE FOLLOWING SERVICES
- TAC / Workcover (There will be upfront payment required if you do not have claim numbers from insurance.)

- * Eligibility check and booking with the practice nurse are required prior to care plans and health assessments.
Non-Attendance / Cancellation Policy
For GP appointments, a $30 fee applies if cancelled within 2 hours of the scheduled time. For Allied Health appointments, a $30 fee applies if cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
