About Myhealth Benowa Medical Clinic
Myhealth Benowa opened its doors in September 2014, taking over the site of The Wellness Medical Precinct. It still offers the comprehensive and holistic care for which it has been known over the years.
Myhealth Benowa is a mixed billing practice.

Pricing/Fees
Please note: Our fees will be increasing from March 2025. A $45 gap fee will apply to general consultations. For more information, please contact our clinic.
Affordable, medicare rebated fees will apply to consultation and telehealth services including results and recalls. Please see the booking info page for information on individual doctors.
Covid/flu immunisation clinics will continue to be bulk billed for everyone. However, if a non-related consult occurs then *gap fees will apply.
*Fees may apply to ancillary/additional services. Examples of procedures include but are not limited to Iron Infusions, ECGs, Sutures, Implanon, Biopsies and Excisions.
*Fees will be discussed at the time of booking. Please call the practice on 07 5539 2362 for information on fees or if you are experiencing financial hardship.
Cancellation Policy
We have a strict cancellation policy and by booking an appointment you are agreeing to this policy. If you do not attend your booked appointment, it will be recorded as a DNA (did not attend) and a $50 DNA fee will apply.
If reception is not notified of an appointment that needs to be cancelled or rescheduled by the close of business on the last working business day before your booked appointment, it will be classed as a late cancellation and a $50 late cancellation fee will apply.
For both DNA or Late Cancellation appointments, a $50 fee will be charged and you will not be able to book appointments until the fee is paid. Missed/late cancelled appointments will be marked as a ‘did not attend’ appointment and will stay on your file for 1 year. Please see reception for full attendance policy details.
