We received a great deal of feedback as we prepared for our accreditation and are very grateful for the support you have given us. We’ve heard your concerns and are already working to address them: We're reviewing ways to improve wait times to ensure a faster and smoother experience.. We're looking into how we can effectively offer a range of consultation types and lengths to provide more thorough care during your appointments. Our team is working hard to fix issues with our online booking system and make sure it’s easy for you to schedule your appointments. We're also exploring ways to make our reception area more comfortable and accessible for everyone.

About Myhealth Chatswood Chase Medical Clinic
Myhealth Chatswood opened in April 2014. It is located within Chatswood Chase shopping centre, next door to Terry White Pharmacy on the lower ground floor. Our aim is to provide comprehensive, evidence-based medicine and care.
We have available additional allied health services in one convenient location – covering Dietitian services, Pathology collection, Physiotherapy and Psychology.

BEHAVIOUR WITHIN THE PRACTICE AND ON THE PHONE
Our practice and staff have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of aggressive or intimidating behaviour, verbal or physical. Any person acting in an aggressive or intimidating manner in the surgery will be asked to leave the premises immediately. Likewise, if they act in an aggressive or intimidating manner over the phone, the phone call will end immediately.
Cancellation/Non-Attendance Policy
We have a Cancellation/Non-Attendance policy for all appointments. If you do not cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours prior to your GP appointment time and fail to attend, a fee of $40 applies before you can make any further bookings. We thank you for your understanding.
