About Myhealth Chadstone
Myhealth Chadstone is a brand new and modern medical clinic, located inside the busy and expanding Chadstone Shopping Centre. Appointment is preferred.
For your added convenience we also accept online booking or by using our Mypractice apps for our existing patients.
Telehealth Consults and COVID-19
With the constant changes we are facing due to Covid-19, we want to reassure our Patients and our local community that we are here to help. We are constantly reviewing and updating our Policies to ensure we continue to provide the highest quality of care for our patients and the wider community.
To assist us in providing the highest quality of care possible, we ask that if you are experiencing:- a fever, sore throat, runny nose, cough or body aches (regardless of your recent COVID results) please stay home and call the clinic prior to attending for a consultation. If a Telehealth Appointment is made a Doctor will provide Medical advice on the phone and if they decide a physical exam is necessary they will arrange a suitable time and place for you to attend the clinic for a face to face consultation.
In line with the Medicare changes you need to have attended the clinic for a face to face appointment in the last 12 months to be eligible for a Telehealth Appointment. If you haven’t been into the clinic in the last 12 months that’s ok we can advise you of alternative arrangements whilst on the phone.
You can still call the practice directly to book a face to face appointment. You will be asked a few screening questions by the practice staff and if the need for a Telehealth appointment is identified one will be arranged before the Doctor accepts a face to face.
How to locate our clinic:
Use the Middle Road entrance into Chadstone Shopping Centre from Warrigal Road for the easiest access. We are right behind Chemist Warehouse next to National Dental Care on the outskirts of the Shopping Centre.
The best parking will be at the underground (Car Park D) or Coles car park (Car Park C). We are right in between both parking lots. We are also easily accessible from bus bays.
You won’t need to walk the entire Chadstone Shopping Centre to find us!

We are writing to inform you of the important changes to our billing policy at Myhealth Chadstone. After a long and careful consideration, we have made a decision to introduce mixed billing to this clinic effective on 01 January 2023 for all consultations.
- $30 GAP FEE apply to all weekday consultations including Face to Face and Telehealth
- $40 GAP FEE apply to weekends and public holiday consultations including Face to Face and Telehealth for all patients and concession card holders
- $50 GAP FEE apply to same day Walk-in Appointments for consultations
Patients booking in with double appointment will attract a higher gap subject to attending General Practitioner.

What is mixed billing?
Mixed-billing means that most patients will be paying a “gap fee” for their appointment. A gap payment out of pocket cost between Medicare rebate and our practice’s fee.
How will the fee be processed?
You will be charged the full amount of consultation fee to your credit or debit card at the end of your consultation. We then, process your Medicare Rebate on behalf of you electronically.
The rebate should appear in your bank account within 1-2 business days.
Alternatively, please bring your debit card with you on your visit and we can process your rebate on the spot.
Please make sure you have provided your updated Medicare details and sufficient fund in your account.
Cancellation/No Show Policy
GP/NP Appointment: 2 hours prior to the appointment – $30
Allied Health Appointment: 24 hours prior to the appointment – $30
