– An In-Person appointment is required for Mental Health/Care Plan/Health Assessment related consultations
– You are required to book a follow-up appointment (In-Person/Telehealth) to receive test results
– Please call the practice directly to book in for a Psychological Support Services (PSS) Referral - $150 Gap (student discount may apply at the doctor's discretion)
– Do not book with a male doctor for the following: CST, Female Reproductive System/Breast Examinations (other than Mastitis related to breastfeeding)

Telehealth Consultations
For Telehealth consultations, you will need to have at least one face-to-face consultation in the practice in the 12 months preceding the telehealth attendance to be eligible for medicare rebate. Otherwise you will need to pay private consult fees from $90 which you can not claim back from Medicare.

Cancellation Policy
Weekends
The non-attendance fee is now $120 and $60 for late cancellations, including for telephone consultations.
Weekdays
The non-attendance fee is now $80 and $40 for late cancellations, including for telephone consultations.
Patients must now give 2 hours notice for cancellations, reduced from the previous 3 hours.

Are you a bulk billing clinic?
We offer mixed billing consultations Monday to Friday, with gap fees applied to Medicare card holders aged 16 and above and OVHC card holders. Bulk billing is still available for DVA/Pensioner Concession Card holders, Medicare children under the age of 16, and OSHC card holders. Gap fees apply to all patients on weekends and to all walk-in patients Monday to Sunday.
How will the fee be processed?
You will be charged the full amount (consultation fee and gap fee) to your credit or debit card at the end of your consultation. We then process your Medicare rebate on your behalf electronically. The rebate should appear in your bank account within 1-2 business days (instantly if you use a valid debit card).
What is private billing?
Private billing means that patients will be charged an out-of-pocket gap fee for the consultation on the day. We will continue to bulk bill DVA/Pensioner Concession Card holders, Medicare children under the age of 16, and OSHC card holders.
Am I eligible for a Telehealth appointment?
To be eligible for a Telehealth appointment, you need to have had a face-to-face consultation with one of our GPs in the last 12 months. If you are unsure, please call our reception team directly, and they will be able to advise you.
Do you always take walk-in patients?
Depending on the doctors' schedules and availabilities, walk-in patients may be accepted for simple and short consultations. This would be decided at the time of your arrival.
