We are pleased to welcome back Dr Kavitha Karuna to Myhealth Brisbane Showgrounds. Dr Karuna will be returning on 16 September and will be available for consultations.

Aesthetic and Medical Treatments Now Offered
We now offer non-surgical cosmetic treatments free from additives and accessory proteins, making it a suitable option for those with sensitive skin. In addition to aesthetic use, this treatment may also be considered for managing other medical conditions such as migraines, excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis), temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction and bruxism.
A pre-consultation appointment is required to assess your suitability for treatment. Individual results may vary.

About Myhealth Brisbane Showgrounds Medical Clinic
Myhealth Brisbane Showgrounds is a Mixed Billings Medical Centre. We take pride in offering the highest standard of medical care to our patients in our purpose built centre located in the newly developed King Street precinct with access via Machinery Street.
We have a strong focus on preventative and supportive health care and enjoy our roles in pre-conception to end of life care.
We offer a friendly, convenient, accessible and professional service.
Parking validation is available if parking at King Street Car Park located on Machinery Street (please notify reception on arrival to validate).
Appointment bookings are preferred however we will do our best to accommodate any walk-ins based on our availability on the day.
We are a teaching clinic and may have Medical Students, Registrars and Nursing Students in attendance.

Student and Health care card holder: discounted fees apply
Medicare rebate (no gap fee) is only available to children <16 years old and Aged Care Pensioners.
OHSC private health insurance holder: Same fee as above but rebate from health insurance may vary, please check with your health insurance first.
Cancellation/Non Attendance Policy
Standard Appointment
We appreciate if you can provide atleast 4 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your standard appointment. Failure to advise us of your cancellation may result in a late cancellation fee of $40.
Long Appointment
Please note, you must provide at-least 24 hours notice prior to your appointment time if you need to cancel or reschedule. Failure to do so will result in a $40 non-attendance fee.
For Monday morning appointment cancellations, please cancel by Saturday morning to avoid a cancellation fee.
Late cancellation / non-attendance fees must be finalised before booking your next consultation.
