Booking Appointments
Face-to-Face Appointments: These can be booked online.
Telehealth Appointments: Please call Myhealth Blacktown on 02 9161 8090 to book telehealth appointments as limited slots are available. Our doctors only conduct telehealth for patients requiring a medical certificate or prescriptions. For results and other consultations, a face-to-face appointment is required.
Please do not email the practice to book an appointment.
Cold and Flu Symptoms
If you are experiencing cold or flu symptoms, doctors at Myhealth Blacktown will see you for a face-to-face appointment.
Please wear a mask in the practice to protect other patients.

Updated Billing Policy – In Line with the Medicare Universal Bulk Billing Initiative
Our billing policy has been updated to align with the new Medicare bulk billing initiative, providing Medicare-eligible patients the opportunity to access high-quality care with no out-of-pocket costs.
Please be sure to advise reception at the time of booking if you have a Health Care/Concession/Pension or DVA card, so we can add these to your files and avoid any unnecessary charges.
Whilst fees for Medicare-eligible patients can be bulk billed for many services, consultation fees are also outlined here to ensure transparency for all patients who choose the high-quality care at our clinic. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to speak with one of our friendly staff members.
Cancellation/Non Attendance Policy
Our practice strictly enforces the following policies and procedures:
• A $20 fee applies for non-attendance or cancellation without notice for both face-to-face and telehealth appointments.
• For Allied Health appointments, a $30 fee will be charged for non-attendance or cancellation without notice.
• For Clinical Psychologist appointments, a $244.85 fee applies for non-attendance or cancellation without notice.

Do you accept walk-ins and will I have to wait?
At Myhealth Blacktown, we do accept walk-ins; however, we recommend booking an appointment if you know your preferred time. We cannot always guarantee availability for walk-ins. For urgent or immediate care, please proceed to your closest emergency department. Your doctor may be running late due to urgent calls from hospitals or specialists regarding patient care or medical emergencies that require immediate attention.
Do you accept private insurance?
At Myhealth Blacktown, we accept private insurance from Allianz, Bupa, NIB, AHM, Medibank Private, Iman, and CBHS, provided you are eligible at the time of service. If your private insurance is not eligible at the time of service, you will need to pay for your consultation before seeing the doctor.
Is Myhealth Blacktown a bulk billing practice, and do you charge a gap?
Yes, Myhealth Blacktown is a bulk billing practice seven days a week, from Monday to Sunday. We do not charge a gap for general consultations. We only charge gaps for procedures and Allied Health Services.
Do you handle Workcover and CTP claims?
Yes, Myhealth Blacktown processes Workcover and CTP claims. Please provide your insurance details and claim number. If you don't have a claim number at the time of your appointment, you will need to pay upfront and claim back from your employer. Once you have a claim number, we can directly bill your insurance company.
