    Meet Arthie Maharaj

    Arthie is a clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience in the field. Her approach to therapy is down-to-earth and guided by the values of integrity, compassion, inclusivity, and a genuine passion for fostering growth. Clients are supported to reflect on their experiences, build resilience, and develop skills to reduce distress and enhance coping.

    Arthie has training in a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT – intensive training), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, and is a certified Circle of Security facilitator. She is also a practitioner of Radically Open DBT (RO DBT).


    Treatment is offered for:

    • WorkCover: Treatment for psychological injuries, including workplace bullying, trauma, stress, and coping with loss of capacity or pain

    • NDIS (plan- and self-managed)
    • Private health insurance

    Appointments are available via telehealth or in person.
