Meet Samantha Cooper
Samantha Cooper is a registered psychologist with a passion for helping people of all ages to learn to cope with stressful situations and overcome life’s challenges. She is deeply committed to building trust and rapport with her clients in a safe, warm, and comfortable environment. She has a genuine interest in equipping people with strategies and skills to help them navigate through depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, grief, life transitions, social difficulties, relationship challenges, self-esteem issues, interpersonal difficulties, and emotional regulation.
Samantha is guided by a strength-based approach to therapy and uses a range of evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing and Solution-Focussed Therapy. Her aim is to empower people to improve their mental health and overall wellbeing.
