Ramina Sadek

Ramina is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and nutritionist. She holds a Masters in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Wollongong with recognised certification in Gastrointestinal nutrition and The Low FODMAP diet for Irritable Bowel Syndrome from Monash University.

She has particular interest in chronic disease management (including diabetes mellitus, heart disease, liver disease, obesity and metabolic syndrome), paediatric growth and fussy eating and gastrointestinal diseases.

Ramina is dedicated to balancing medical goals with the enjoyment and social pleasure of food to empower long-term healthy lifestyle changes.
