    Meet Gracia Anggraini

    Gracia strongly believes in using a combination of hands-on treatment and exercise (especially Clinical Pilates) in achieving optimal function for her clients. She also ensures to identify the contributing factors such as lifestyle, environmental factors and posture in order to effectively treat a range of musculoskeletal conditions.

    Gracia has particular interest in chronic pain and injury, headaches and migraines as well as pre and postnatal care. Outside of her clinical work, Gracia enjoys spending time with her golden labrador as well as keeping active with HIIT, strength training, pilates and yoga. She’s a keen hiker and loves to travel to new destinations. Her favourite hike of all time is a sunrise hike to the top of Gunlom Falls in the Northern Territory. Gracia is a registered Physiotherapist under the Australian Health Practitioners Regulations Agency (AHPRA) as well as a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association.

    She is fully qualified and trained Clinical Pilates Instructor through Dance Medicine Australia. Gracia treats or helps to manage conditions such as: Pain management including sports injuries and accident rehabilitation Migraine or headaches Chronic pain Musculoskeletal pain and injury in pre and post natal women Postural related pain.
