Annual Power Shutdown Testing
We'll be closed on Saturday, April 20th for Annual Power Shutdown Testing. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
OUR FEES ARE GOING TO CHANGE FROM 5th OF FEBRUARY 2024
Monday to Friday:
– Concession health care card holders and children under 16 with a pre-booked weekday appointment will be BULK BILLED (Except for Doctor Sandhya Yarlagadda's appointments).
– For all other patients, a $40 Gap Fee will apply including Telehealth (Phone or Video) consultations for Standard Appointment (up to 15 minutes) and a $60 Gap Fee will apply for Longer Appointment (over 15 minutes).
– For walk-in appointments where there is no other available appointment, a $20 extra fee on top of the gap will apply.
THE GAP WILL BE DETERMINED AT THE DOCTOR’S DISCRETION
Saturday:
– A $50 gap fee will apply for all Saturday GP appointments regardless of Concession entitlements including Telehealth (Phone or Video) consultations for Standard Appointment (up to 15 minutes) and a $70 Gap Fee will apply for Longer Appointment (over 15 minutes).
– For walk-in appointments where there is no other available appointment, a $20 extra fee on top of the gap will apply.
FunctionCare (Physiotherapy) Fee
We wish to inform you that, commencing February the 05th, 2024, For GPMP EPC referral patients, Vivian has implemented a $15 gap fee for non-concession patients, while extending Bulk Billing to concession holders.
For private patients, First consult will be $99 and Follow Up consult will be $89.
Gabriela Cavaler's Fee
We wish to inform you that, commencing January 1, 2024, Gabriela Cavaler's fee will be adjusted to $200. We appreciate your understanding and continued support. Thank you.
Dr Sandhya Yarlagadda's Fee
We wish to inform you that Dr Sandhya Yarlagadda now ONLY works here as Women's Health GP doing Cervical Screening/Pap Smear clinic once monthly, the gap is $60 regardless of concession status.

Covid Vaccines:
- All covid vaccine appointments will continue to be bulk billed
Flu Vaccines:
- Private FLU vaccines available, cost is $20
- Government FLU vaccines available and free for eligible patients:
- From 6 month to 5 years old
- From 65 and above
- Patients with chronic conditions.
- A $20 gap fee will apply for Saturday Flu Vaccine appointments.
Worker’s Compensation and CTP Claims
- There is no gap for these appointments and walk ins are welcome

All payments are processed electronically and if you provide a PHYSICAL DEBIT BANK CARD (with a linked bank account) we can process your MEDICARE REBATE instantly. Otherwise you can either claim it online with the receipt provided or ask our receptionists to send it through the Medicare System (please allow 1 to 2 business days for the rebate to be processed by Medicare).

Cancellation Policy
No shows and late cancellations (without at least 2 hours notice) will attract a $45 no-show fee.
