PLEASE WEAR A MASK INSIDE
Dear patients,
Our priority at Myhealth Rhodes is to provide a safe environment for both patients and staff, therefore all patients are encouraged to wear a mask while in the medical centre. Surgical masks can be purchased from most pharmacies. Alternatively, please give us a call prior to attending your appointment so we can advise you on how to obtain one from our centre. Thank you for your co-operation and understanding.

COVID-19 & OTHER INFECTIOUS DISEASES POLICY: 

If you have any one or more of the following symptoms- sore throat, runny nose, blocked nose, coughs, sneezes, fevers, body aches, chills 

1. First book a Telehealth appointment - the doctor can arrange a self-collection PCR.  
2. We DO NOT accept negative RAT. ONLY PCR accepted. 
3. Once negative PCR is confirmed, you may book a face to face appointment.  
4. Masks are MANDATORY in the practice (waiting room and doctor’s room) if you have any of the above symptoms. Please bring your own mask. 

Above is to protect vulnerable patients such as the elderly, children, pregnant ladies and the immunocompromised. Your consideration of others is highly appreciated.
